Rémy Cointreau USA, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Rémy Cointreau Group and is charged with importing and distributing an extensive portfolio of premium and ultra premium spirits and wines.

Based in France, the Rémy Cointreau Group is one of the world's leading wines and spirits groups with a portfolio of high value brands including Rémy Martin cognac, Cointreau (a unique orange liqueur), Passoa (a passion fruit liqueur), Mount Gay (a rum from Barbados) and the Champagne brands Piper-Heidsieck and Charles Heidsieck.

Established in 1981, Rémy Cointreau USA (formerly known as Remy Amerique) has amassed a prestigious portfolio of luxury spirits and wine while developing a reputation for excellence and innovation among its distributors and customers. Rémy Cointreau USA has exclusive distribution and importing contracts with several existing brands in its portfolio, including Masi® Wines and The Edrington Group – producers of The Macallan® Scotch, The Famous Grouse® Scotch and Highland Park® – and formed a new distribution agreement for Metaxa®, the premium line of Greek aperitifs, including brandy and Ouzo.
